PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION FORM

• CREDIT CARDS: All information must be accurate and correct as per your credit card statement for proper verification. Incomplete information cannot be processed and will delay your booking confirmation.
• Fraudulent or deliberatly misleading representations will be handled by our merchant service provider in the country of issuance and that normally means police involvement.
• A 2 room-night deposit is required for accommodation throughout the year, except high season (15th December through 15th Jan) where 7 nights minimum and 50% deposit is required.
• Taxi (limousine) or any extra services requested are to be paid in full, this will also be billable against your credit card.
• A booking charge of 20% will be made against the credit card if your confirmed reservation is cancelled.
• Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of confirmed arrival date will receive NO REFUND - but held as a deposit against a future holiday , within 12 months from the date of the transaction herein on your credit card.

Unpaid reservations for Standard rooms will be held until 5.00pm unless previously arranged. All Jacuzzi rooms require a minimum 100% pre-payment in order to secure the reservation.
